Everything was perfect. Just the last 2 days of the stay there was a strange smell in the suite and the hotel was not able to get a solution for it on time. However, they offered an alternative suite - but guests did not want to change room for one last night/day.

The Burj al Arab is an amazing hotel. Stunning architechtural building, fantastic rooms and a very nice restaurant/pool area. Service was very good and very personalized. We loved it.
